I’m an illustrator from Yorkshire, now living in London and working from my home studio. I make vibrant and uplifting illustrations for people who want to nurture their wellbeing and find their inner power in an uncertain world. My ambition is for my art to be the comforting support, colourful inspiration and words of encouragement someone needs to receive at the moment they need it.

Creating my artwork begins with spending time in nature and reflecting on the lessons life has been teaching me at the time. When a seed of inspiration comes along, I ground the idea by writing or drawing in my sketchbook, combining empowering words with nature imagery, metaphor and symbolism. Then, I develop my chosen design into a final draft and draw out each part of the illustration, adding texture and detail. Finally, I digitally arrange each element to compose the illustration and add some joy with a bright colour palette.

Apart from making art, I’m happiest whilst in nature. As a sensitive and introspective person, I strive to live mindfully and take life at my own pace.
